Now, we're hiring full-time Outside Sales Reps to join us in Chicago, IL and help us continue to help people around the community! This is a great entry-level opportunity to brush up on your sales skills and learn effective new strategies while positively impacting local customers. The expected hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with some Saturdays as needed (9:00 am to 2:00 pm).

YOUR CORE CONTRIBUTIONS:

• Canvassing different neighborhoods and engaging with local homeowners
• Asking prospective customers about their remodeling/restoration needs and promoting our incredible services
• Climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
• Answering questions, addressing concerns, and booking service appointments
• Managing your time effectively and providing professional customer service
• Tracking your sales success digitally
• Always striving to do better and sell more the next day

OUTSIDE SALES REP MUST-HAVES:

• 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed
