At Legacy Restoration, you won't be sitting in meetings or doing admin work-you'll be out in the field, building skills in sales, business development, and customer engagement that directly impact revenue.
What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners and introduce company services
- Generate leads and schedule property inspections
- Support active sales opportunities and follow-ups, participate in neighborhood outreach and storm-response efforts
- Track activity and performance in company systems
- Work directly with Sales Representatives on territory strategy
Compensation
- $25/hour base pay
- $80 bonus per completed appointment (UNCAPPED)
Example: 10 completed appointments/week = $800 bonus hourly pay

Schedule & Program Details
