Job description
As a Shift Manager, you'll support the restaurant management team in leading and developing crew members, providing friendly service with a smile, and ensuring the team is focused on providing the quality products Wendy's is known for.
- Training Crew Members in operational and service behaviors
- Supervising Crew in service, cleanliness and food quality behaviors to ensure we meet the needs of our Guests
- Executing cost control systems
- Having a “Can-Do” Attitude when working as part of the Team
Sound intriguing? Here are a few basic qualifications to apply for this job. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old with one year of fast food/QSR supervisory experience. Reliable transportation, demonstrated problem solving and multi-tasking skills, and most importantly, the ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast paced environment are also a must.
