Part-time International Shuttle Driver

We are currently seeking licensed drivers to join our international team and support the shuttling and coordination of our international program. This position is especially rewarding for candidates who thrive in a resort environment and enjoy interacting with people from diverse cultures.

**Overview of the International Program:**

Every summer and winter, we host a variety of international workers at Cragun's, providing them with a unique experience. These students arrive on work-and-travel visas to immerse themselves in American culture while gaining valuable work experience. Cragun's is committed to offering cultural excursions and engaging activities for these individuals. As a result, we require dedicated and personable shuttle drivers to contribute to this initiative, while allowing them to enjoy and participate in cultural trips with our diverse group of international visitors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Operate company transit vehicles during scheduled shifts for weekly grocery runs and international cultural trips, both locally and up to 2-3 hours away.
• Ensure the safe transportation of international visitors to and from designated locations.
• Report to the HR department.

**Qualifications:**

• Exceptional flexibility in scheduling is essential.
• Year-round availability, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A valid driver's license with a clear driving record.
• A genuine passion for engaging with individuals and creating memorable experiences.
• An appreciation for American and Minnesotan culture and a willingness to share this knowledge with others.
• Strong communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus!
• Subject to background check.
• Must be 21yrs or older.
