Position Summary
The Community Services Coordinator serves as the welcoming face of the community and a key support for the leasing and management teams. This position focuses on providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospects while assisting with daily office operations.
From greeting guests and answering phones to coordinating community events and delivering move-in and renewal gifts, the Community Services Coordinator helps ensure every interaction reflects Legacy Residential Group’s warm, professional, and community-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, prospects, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and walk-ins, ensuring inquiries are directed to the appropriate team member.
- Accept, enter, and follow up on service requests, confirming resident satisfaction after work orders are completed.
- Coordinate and assist with community events, including planning, promotion, setup, and cleanup.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of all move-in and renewal gifts, both physical and digital (via Thnks).
- Support the leasing and management teams with administrative tasks, including scheduling tours, preparing welcome materials, and updating resident records.
- Help maintain positive community relations by ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Assist in promoting engagement through community announcements, events, and online reputation initiatives.
- Maintain the front desk, lobby, and common reception areas to ensure they are tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Uphold Legacy Residential Group’s customer service standards by ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software systems.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Availability for occasional evenings or weekends to support community events.
Work Environment
This position operates primarily in the leasing office and shared community spaces. The role involves daily interaction with residents, prospects, vendors, and team members and requires a professional appearance and demeanor.
