What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Concierge - 3rd Shift Full Time position at Legacy Reserve of Old Town?
General Overview:
The Concierge is the first impression of Legacy Reserve greeting residents/visitors, answering calls, responding to routine inquiries, and performing a variety of assigned clerical duties.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet/assist all residents and guests entering the community
- Answer phone to Legacy Reserve standards
- Accept all incoming packages (mail, floral deliveries, etc.)
- Maintain sign-in log for all guests/visitors
- Ensure thorough knowledge of all community emergency systems and emergency response protocol
- Assist residents with questions/concerns as appropriate. Contact appropriate personnel to assist residents/families as needed.
- Input maintenance work order requests for residents
- Maintain appearance of lobby area related to cleanliness, light bulbs, misplaced furnishings, trash, etc.
- Maintain appearance of entryway (both inside and out)
- Secure community keys
- Complete all necessary incident reports during overnight hours
- Log all events, problems, concerns on the shift log
- Monitor emergency pendant call system
- Monitor all applicable community alarms
- Provide property security surveillance as assigned
- Assist with maintaining community cleanliness overnight as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
