Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties within the local Claremont area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and provide personalized service.
- Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analysis to help clients make informed decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favorable terms for all parties.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends, zoning laws, and real estate regulations to provide expert guidance.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate leads.
- Proven experience as a licensed real estate agent or broker
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Claremont and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals effectively

Salary : $95,000 - $185,000
