Responsibilities
- Prospecting and networking to grow your portfolio
- Building your brand as an expert leader
- Oversee daily operations of residential properties to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, liaising with contractors and vendors to uphold property standards.
- Manage tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and expense tracking to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to property management.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including vacancy advertising and showing properties.

- Proven experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry
- Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and relevant laws in California
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with tenants, vendors, and owners
- Proficiency in property management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage conflict professionally
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Certification such as CPM (Certified Property Manager) or ARM (Accredited Residential Manager) is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes to coordinate with contractors and service providers
