Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare screen printing equipment, ensuring proper alignment, registration, and color accuracy for each job.
- Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses with precision, adhering to production schedules and quality standards.
- Manage prepress tasks including color management, layout design, and preparing screens
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the printing process to identify and correct issues related to color consistency, registration, or print defects.
- Maintain equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting mechanical issues.
- Assist in inventory management of inks, screens, and other supplies to ensure smooth production flow.
- Follow safety protocols diligently while operating machinery.
Qualifications
- Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to ensure high-quality output consistently.
