We are seeking a motivated and energetic Pressure Washer to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for utilizing high-pressure water equipment to thoroughly clean a variety of surfaces, including building exteriors, industrial equipment, and outdoor spaces. Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing equipment safely and efficiently to clean surfaces such as walls, floors, vehicles, and machinery.
- Prepare cleaning areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and other necessary tools while adhering to safety protocols.
- Use hand tools and cleaning equipment to remove dirt, grime, mold, and other residues from various surfaces.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and techniques tailored to different materials and environments.
- Conduct manual handling of heavy equipment and materials with proper lifting techniques to prevent injury.
- Follow strict safety procedures including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, goggles, and ear protection.
- Perform additional tasks such as duct cleaning, floor buffing, outdoor surface maintenance, and industrial cleaning as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of all tools and equipment after use; report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with fire extinguisher use during safety drills or emergencies while adhering to safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and ensuring satisfaction.
Experience
- Prior experience in industrial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Experience with pressure washing equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with ladder use and working at heights safely is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety protocol adherence in outdoor or industrial environments is essential.
- Hands-on experience with hand tools, floor buffing machines, or duct cleaning will be advantageous.
- Ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly while maintaining proper manual handling techniques.
- Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions is beneficial for success in this role.
