JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS:
The Assistant Director shall have the ability and desire to teach children Christian values and educational competencies to best prepare them for a productive life. The Assistant Director shall have the ability to build relationships with the staff, and give directives in order to manage and operate Legacy Preschool efficiently, productively, and with Godly excellence. The Director shall have the ability to implement management systems to ensure that the organization remains healthy and in accordance with the State of Colorado. The Assistant Director shall have the ability to resolve conflict by leading staff through healthy conflict. The Assistant Director shall have the time and means to carry out the functions list, i.e. reliable transportation and minimum 35 hour work weeks.
The Director Must have a valid Directors Certificate. Preferable a Bachelors Degree in Education, Early Childhood Educations, and a minium of 5 years experience as a Director or assistant director..
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
