Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to service residential pools throughout Bullhead City. You’ll perform pool cleanings, equipment checks, chemical balancing, and basic troubleshooting. This is a piece-rate position where you earn $12-$14 per stop, typically completing 3–4 stops per hour. Consistency and efficiency are key!
Responsibilities:
- Clean and vacuum residential pools
- Test and balance pool chemicals
- Inspect and report on pool equipment condition
- Communicate professionally with customers as needed
- Maintain accurate service records
- Drive between stops efficiently
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Previous pool maintenance experience a plus, but not required (we will train the right candidate!)

How It Works:
Technicians are paid per completed stop. On average, technicians complete 3–4 stops per hour, meaning most earn between $36–$48/hour depending on speed and route density. This is a great opportunity for someone who is self-motivated and enjoys working outdoors.
