Legacy Pines is an eight-bedroom assisted living and memory care home nestled on seven wooded acres in New Richmond. As a licensed community-based residential facility (CBRF), we provide personalized care in a welcoming home where each resident’s preferences, routines, and relationships matter.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable PRN caregiver to provide coverage as needed and support our commitment to thoughtful, individualized care.
About the Role
You will support residents with daily routines while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
- Providing medication assistance and administration according to training and resident care plans.
- Preparing and serving meals.
- Assisting with laundry and light housekeeping.
- Supporting meaningful activities and community outings.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents’ needs or well-being.
- Following care plans and completing accurate documentation.
Our small setting allows you to build meaningful relationships with residents and make a difference in their daily lives.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous caregiving and/or geriatric care experience.
- A patient, compassionate, and respectful approach.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- The ability to work independently, follow care plans, and seek guidance when needed.
- A commitment to teamwork and person-centered care.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving and/or geriatric care experience.
