Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor located in University Place, WA. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team, coordinating and performing preventive maintenance tasks, and addressing maintenance and repair needs across the property. Key duties include leading efforts to troubleshoot equipment issues, ensuring timely and effective repairs, and maintaining property equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. The Maintenance Supervisor will also ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a positive living environment for residents.

Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including team management and task delegation
- Expertise in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and system upkeep
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair for residential and property facilities
- Problem-solving abilities to conduct effective Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Ability to maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications are a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in property or facility management is an advantage
