Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Services Associate to support our financial planning firm. This role involves assisting with client account management, maintain and update client records in CRM Systems, manage calendars and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and committed to delivering excellent client service with extraordinary attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
· Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication
· Maintain and update client records in CRM systems
· Schedule client meetings and manage calendars
· Prepare documentation for client meetings and follow-ups
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies
· Process paperwork related to investments, insurance, and other financial services
· Develop and implement marketing and social media support for the office
· Plan and oversee client events throughout the year
Qualifications:
· Previous administrative or financial services experience is a plus
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Professional demeanor with a strong commitment to client confidentiality
· Bachelor’s Degree or previous financial experience preferred
