Job Title: Marketing Coordinator/Physical Therapy tech
Location: Legacy Orthopedic Physical Therapy - Newnan Branch
Reports to: Clinic Director / Owner
Status: Full-Time 40 hours per week
Position Overview:
The Marketing and Relations Coordinator is a key leadership role responsible for fostering and enhancing relationships with referring physicians, current and former patients, and the broader community. This position is to develop our marketing strategies to improve our overall number of opportunities to provide patient care to allow for further business growth. This individual will also lead efforts to improve the patient experience and build brand loyalty through exceptional service touch points.
Key Responsibilities:
Written out plan each month to address each area listed below. Will meet with Clinic Director once per week to refine weekly agenda and report on previous weeks stats.
Physician and Provider Relations - External Marketing
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with referring physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate and execute regular outreach, including in-person visits, phone calls, letters, and communications to keep referral sources informed and engaged.
- Gather and communicate feedback from physicians and providers to the Clinic Director for continuous service improvement.Patient Engagement and Retention - Internal Marketing
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance the overall patient experience before, during, and after care.
- Develop re-engagement strategies for past patients, such as newsletters, patient appreciation programs, and satisfaction follow-ups.
- Create systems that make word-of-mouth and online referrals easy and natural for satisfied patients.
Community and Brand Outreach
- Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, and industry networking functions to build awareness and trust.
- Develop and spread messaging that reinforces our mission of exceptional care and long-term wellness.
- Track trends in patient and provider needs to inform service offerings and communication strategies.
This Position will also include a large amount of Physical Therapy Tech responsibilities to ensure smooth flow of patient treatment sessions.
- Assist patients with exercises as directed by the supervising physical therapist
- Clean table and equipment in between sessions
- Developed rapport with patients beyond the medical conditions that they are here for.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
