We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Front Office/Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure a seamless, welcoming experience for all patients and team members. Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering multi-line phone systems at times, and providing excellent phone etiquette.
- Oversee schedule management for patient encounters to ensure optimal time utilization.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to enhance team performance.
- Oversee team schedules and help maximize efficiencies.
- Support human resources functions including onboarding new employees, managing personnel records, and assisting with HR-related inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a professional or medical office setting is preferred.
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and strong phone etiquette.
- Experience with event planning and coordinating meetings or company functions.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, calendar management software, and filing systems.
- Knowledge of medical office management or healthcare administrative procedures is desirable but not required.
