Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Doctor of Optometry at Legacy Optometry in Susanville, CA. The role will involve conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating visual and medical eyecare conditions, prescribing corrective lenses, and providing personalized eye care services to patients. As the only full scope optometric center within 80 miles, we practice at full scope to offer excellent care to the community, and work hand in hand with amazing ophthalmic surgeon colleagues mainly in the Reno, NV area.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry degree
- State licensure to practice optometry in CA - TLG
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of optometric procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Experience in managing and growing patient relationships
- Experience with specialty contact lens fittings is a plus
- Willingness to live in and enjoy what Lassen County has to offer
