Role Description
We are looking for qualified, student-centered educators to join our international remote teaching team. Opportunities are available across core academic subjects, Health & Physical Education, and IEP/special education-supported instruction.
At Legacy Online School, teachers deliver engaging live online lessons and support students through personalized learning pathways.
What you will do
- Teach engaging live online classes and, where assigned, 1:1 lessons
- Adapt instruction for different learning needs, abilities, and learning profiles
- Assess learning, maintain accurate records, and provide timely, constructive feedback
- Monitor attendance, engagement, assignment completion, and student progress
- Communicate professionally with students, families, and school colleagues
- Use the school’s LMS and online teaching tools effectively
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, respectful, and motivating virtual classroom
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant subject area
- Valid teaching certification or license
- Relevant K–12 teaching experience, online teaching experience preferred
- Strong subject knowledge and confident use of educational technology
- Excellent written and spoken English, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with differentiated instruction; special education or IEP experience is an advantage for relevant roles
