**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that our facilities and equipment remain in excellent working condition. This position demands a proactive approach to identifying and solving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring minimal disruptions to operations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify any issues that require maintenance or repair.
• Conduct timely and effective troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other systems.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks according to the established schedule to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including inventory of tools and parts.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth facility operations.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Provide recommendations for equipment improvements and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or systems as needed.

**Qualifications:**

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues and other departments.
• Certification in relevant maintenance skills or trade is a plus.

**Working Conditions:**

• This position may require standing, bending, and lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor settings and confined spaces.
• Occasional overtime or on-call shifts may be required to address urgent maintenance needs.
