????What You’ll DoYour purpose is to bring comfort, dignity, and joy into every resident’s day.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation, and mealtime support.
- Creating safe, clean, and nurturing spaces through light housekeeping and laundry support.
- Encouraging residents to engage socially, emotionally, and physically in ways that bring them joy.
- Upholding privacy, dignity, and respect in every interaction.
- Following infection control standards and safety protocols to protect both residents and team members.
- Documenting care tasks accurately and reporting changes to the Wellness Team.
- A heart for service and patience for others.
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to complete all Title 22 RCFE training requirements.
Upon hire, you must complete:
- State Criminal Background Clearance
- LIC 508 Criminal Record Statement
- LIC 503 Health Screening Report
