Your Mission

As our Director of Training, you'll help create a culture where learning drives performance, leadership, engagement, and excellence.

You'll lead the charge to:

• Develop and oversee our organization-wide training and development strategy
• Create an exceptional new-hire orientation and onboarding experience
• Design engaging education that employees remember and can apply
• Develop leaders at every level, from emerging supervisors to experienced department heads
• Partner with operational and clinical leaders to identify performance and training needs
• Connect education to measurable improvements in employee performance, quality, compliance, and retention
• Develop creative approaches to ongoing education and professional development
• Monitor training effectiveness and use results to continuously improve programs
• Recognize opportunities to strengthen employee competency and leadership accountability
• Make learning engaging, interactive, relevant, and maybe even a little FUN
