Rehab Director Long-Term Care
LP Therapy | Full-Time
LP Therapy is seeking an experienced Rehab Director to lead rehabilitation services in a Long-Term Care setting. This role combines clinical therapy with department leadership to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities include: overseeing rehab staff and schedules; providing therapy services; tracking and reporting Medicare and MDS data; ensuring timely documentation; collaborating with Nursing and facility leadership; supporting patient satisfaction and quality outcomes; assisting with onboarding and staff development.
Qualifications: Active PT, OT, or SLP license in good standing; LTC experience preferred; strong knowledge of Medicare and MDS; leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to meet productivity standards and work collaboratively.
Work Environment: LTC facility; physical demands consistent with therapy services.
