Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring premises, managing access points, and ensuring safety protocols are followed diligently. Look, Observe and report. Your proactive approach and keen observation skills will be vital in maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere across our facilities. Duties
- Control access points by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Conduct routine patrols of the property to identify potential hazards, security vulnerabilities, or unauthorized activities
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies by following established protocols and communicating effectively with emergency responders when necessary
- Perform security checks including visual inspections of facilities, fences, entrances, and exits to ensure safety standards are maintained
- Document all security activities through detailed shift reports, incident logs, and visitor records for accountability and review
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing for theft or vandalism and reporting any concerns to management, and to the security company.
Skills
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally
- Basic first aid certification to provide immediate assistance in medical emergencies, and/or call 911.
- Familiarity with law enforcement procedures and the ability to coordinate with authorities when required per the work orders.
- CPR certification to respond confidently during health-related incidents.
- Experience in security that enhances your ability to handle high-pressure situations with discipline and focus
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting, visitor interaction, and emergency response coordination.

1st shift 7:00am-7:00pm Saturday & Sunday MUST ARRIVE 15 MINS BEFORE SHIFT STARTS FOR SHIFT REPORT!!!
2nd shift 7:00pm- 7:00am Saturday& Sunday MUST ARRIVE 15 MINS BEFORE SHIFT STARTS FOR SHIFT REPORT!!!
Pay: $18.00 per hour
