Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hanover, NH for a Mortgage Loan Originator. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for assisting clients throughout the mortgage process, including evaluating loan applications, guiding borrowers through available options, and facilitating communication with underwriters, lenders, and other external partners. You will be tasked with maintaining updated knowledge of loan guidelines and regulations and ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for each client.
Qualifications
- Experience in Loan Origination and Mortgage Lending
- Knowledge of Underwriting and Loans processes
- Strong communication, client service, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with mortgage software tools and compliance standards
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- State licensing for mortgage origination in NH and VT is required
