Job Overview
Legacy Monograms is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our production team.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our Head Embroidery Operator running orders alongside her to help with production time.
Ensuring accuracy in design execution and maintaining consistent quality across all products. This position plays a key role in delivering premium apparel that meets our brand standards.
Our production team produces high-quality designs and we are looking for a new team member to help with our growing success.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Barudan industrial embroidery machines efficiently and accurately.
- Thread machines and prepare them for production runs
- Hoop garments correctly to ensure precise design placement
- Match hoops and backing to fabric type
- Embroider logos, and custom designs on various garments
- Run multi and single-head embroidery machines — load designs, set thread colors, change needles etc.
- Assist Head Embroidery Operator with timeline and production schedule.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow, correct design placement, correct thread colors to ensue 100% customer satisfaction on all orders.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating embroidery machines (1 year preferred)
- Experience with Barudan machines strongly preferred
- Industrial sewing experience required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Good communication and willing to be a part of a team
- Basic knowledge of embroidery software is a plus
- Eager to learn from experienced team members on how we produce and maintain our high-quality standards.
- Basic skills in fabric materials, upholstery, and garment sewing are advantageous.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35.0 per week
