What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President Human Resources position at Legacy MEDSearch?
We are conducting a confidential Vice President of Human Resources role for a growing MedTech company. This role is a member of a highly cohesive Executive Leadership team and would need to be able to be on site as needed. Relocation assistance would be provided. Expected travel between sites is targeted at 30%, which includes time in the field with remote team members.
This role is a very strategic role, working very closely with the CEO to develop Talent Strategy, Compensation Practices, and Employee Relations for employees to include hourly staff to C Level employees. The role requires someone who mixes business acumen with clear, decisive people leadership.
Qualifications
· 10–15 years progressive HR leadership experience with at least 5 years in a senior HR/People role.
· Proven success scaling organizations (preferably in high-growth or mid-market environments).
· Strong, confident command of employee relations, investigations, and organizational risk mitigation.
· Experience influencing C-suite and guiding leaders through change.
· Track record of building or strengthening HR systems, structures, and teams.
· Decisive communicator: clear, direct, business-first.
· Desire to participate in a very “roll up your sleeves, and find a way” workplace
