Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Account Manager located in Atlanta, GA. The Service Account Manager will oversee client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and establish and maintain strong relationships with clients. Responsibilities include managing customer service inquiries, providing effective solutions, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales initiatives to grow new and existing client accounts. The goal is to provide a superior customer experience while meeting business objectives and enhancing customer loyalty.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Account Management and Customer Satisfaction to ensure long-lasting client relationships
- Expertise in Customer Service and fostering effective Communication for managing customer inquiries and concerns
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and identifying growth opportunities within new and existing accounts
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with commercial HVAC services is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is an advantage
- Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
