Occupational Therapist - OT | Legacy Lifecare Hospice and VNA
Position pays $90 per visit
PRN | Flexible Scheduling | No weekends or holidays!

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans to improve independence, functional abilities, and quality of life.
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to enhance activities of daily living (ADLs), upper extremity function, mobility, balance, and safety.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, rehabilitation team members, and families to establish goals and deliver coordinated care.
- Recommend and train residents and caregivers in the use of adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and fall prevention strategies to promote safe, independent living.
- Complete timely, accurate documentation, monitor resident progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
Qualifications for Success:
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
- Current, active MA Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum 1-year experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
