Delivering Solutions That Matter
- Deliver individual music therapy sessions tailored to patient preferences and goals
- Use music to address relaxation, pain management, emotional processing, developmental support, and end-of-life/bereavement needs
- Collaborate with patients, family members and other team members to align with the patient's overall care plan
- German Center (West Roxbury), ANRC (Jamaica Plain), Stone (Newton), BCL/Kaplan (Peabody) Revere, East Boston, Everett, Malden, Chelsea, and Winthrop.
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in music, education, human services, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience working with end-of life patients, or in a long-term care setting preferred
- Experience performing music in healthcare, senior living, hospice, or community settings.
- Experience working with older adults, individuals with dementia, or patients receiving palliative or end-of-life care.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English – both verbally and written
