Responsibilities
- - Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup with attention to detail
- - Assist with landscaping projects (mulch, rock, planting, grading, etc.)
- - Operate and maintain professional-grade equipment
- - Follow systems and job expectations with consistency
- - Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
- - Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- - Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Requirements
- - Valid driver’s license
- - Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required for the right person)
- - Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in heat, cold, and varying conditions
- - Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- - Ability to take direction and improve quickly
- - Leadership mindset (we are looking for future crew leaders)

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
