Key Responsibilities
- Draft comprehensive estate planning documents including trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives.
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and provide customized estate planning solutions.
- Assist in the administration of trusts and probate estates.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in drafting estate planning documents and understanding estate administration procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
