ABOUT THE ROLE
Legacy Labor, Inc. is seeking an organized, creative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our sales team and help grow our online presence. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety — supporting customer relationships behind the scenes while also owning creative marketing and social media work — at a fast-growing, family-owned company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
➜ Support new customer onboarding and account coordination
➜ Help manage sales documentation and customer communications
➜ Create and manage social media content across our platforms
➜ Support marketing materials, advertising, and event coordination
➜ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
➜ High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred
➜ 1–2 years of administrative, customer service, or marketing experience
➜ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
➜ Comfortable with common business software and social media platforms
➜ Confident written communicator
➜ Positive, team-oriented attitude
