We’re expanding in South Orange County, CA, and seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who shares our belief that compassion and consent belong at the heart of behavior support. Here, your clinical expertise is valued—and your role as an advocate is essential.

Your Impact
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and re-evaluations
- Develop individualized, child-led treatment plans focused on autonomy and strengths
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and data-based progress tracking
- Promote trauma-informed, inclusive, and consent-based ABA practices
- Serve as a voice for neurodivergent advocacy in the community
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required)
- 2 years of experience as a BCBA (preferred)
- Knowledge of neuroaffirming and trauma-informed care (preferred)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, child-centered practice
- Ability to meet clients within the South Orange County community
