Dealership Service Concierge

Legacy Kia of West Mifflin is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Concierge to join our growing Service Department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a long-term career in the automotive industry. No automotive service experience is required—we are looking for the right attitude, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

As a Service Concierge, you will be one of the first and last people our service customers interact with. Your job is to help create a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience from arrival through vehicle pickup.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers promptly as they arrive in the service drive

• Record vehicle mileage and assist with documenting vehicle condition

• Introduce customers to their Service Advisor and help ensure a smooth handoff

• Pull completed vehicles around and have them ready for customer pickup

• Answer incoming service phone calls and assist customers with basic questions

• Send text messages and updates to customers on behalf of Service Advisors

• Assist Service Advisors with customer communication and other daily tasks

• Help maintain an organized, efficient, and customer-friendly service drive

• Work with the entire service team to provide an excellent customer experience

• Able to maintain a valid driver's license and safely operate customer vehicles
