Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various commercial settings. The Cleaning Technician will ensure that all cleaning tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. have availability for morning and nighttime shifts
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure thorough cleaning and sanitation.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and scrub surfaces as needed to maintain a clean environment.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to management promptly.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
- Adhere to company policies regarding cleanliness standards and customer service.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with various cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- A commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining a positive attitude.
