Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential customers interested in insurance products (e.g., auto, home, life, commercial, etc.).
- Build rapport with prospects and conduct thorough needs assessments to identify their specific insurance requirements and financial situations.
- Clearly and effectively explain different insurance policy options, coverage details, and benefits to potential clients.
- Provide accurate and competitive insurance quotes based on individual needs and risk profiles.
- Guide prospects through the application process, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately and efficiently.
- Confidently and persuasively address client questions and concerns, overcoming objections to secure sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and policy information in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about current insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
