Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Processor at Legacy Insurance Advisors, LLC. The Processor will be responsible for handling insurance documentation, maintaining accurate records, processing policies, and assisting in managing client information. Day-to-day tasks include processing applications, policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations accurately and efficiently, as well as collaborating with agents and clients to ensure timely and effective service. The role may also involve coordinating with underwriters and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing client and policy documentation, with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability in data entry, record maintenance, and compliance practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interaction
- Experience and familiarity with insurance policies and procedures, including both personal and business lines
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for task management and data processing
- Organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in insurance or business administration are preferred
