Management Trainee Responsibilities:

Management Trainee Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in management, sales, marketing, or business development roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement and negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-changing environment
• Reliable Transportation to commute to our office
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills for market analysis and customer needs assessment
