Job Responsibilities
As a Dining Room Server, you will help create a positive dining experience for our residents during evening and weekend meal services by:
- Greeting residents warmly and providing excellent customer service
- Taking meal orders and serving food in a fine-dining manner
- Ensuring residents have all necessary items (utensils, beverages, napkins, etc.)
- Keeping dining areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Clearing tables and resetting them promptly
- Building meaningful connections with residents and teammates
Qualifications
- Food Handler's Permit (or ability to obtain one)
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Food service experience is a plus, but not required
