A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ASSISTED LIVING COORDINATOR
As an Assisted Living Coordinator, you are a key member of our community's leadership team. You recruit, hire, and train staff members. Additionally, you supervise caregivers and med tech associates, ensuring that care plans are complete and accurate. Under your leadership, your team members are inspired to take pride in their work and provide the best healthcare services possible.
Making sure our residents are protected and provided the dignity, rights, and confidentiality they are entitled is a top priority. Because of your compassionate personality, this comes naturally to you. Having a positive impact on the lives of our senior residents fills you with great satisfaction!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSISTED LIVING COORDINATOR
- Supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in an assisted living setting
- A heart for serving seniors
- Experience as a caregiver, preferably in an assisted living setting
- Nevada-approved Med-Tech certification preferred

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends.
