WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?
As an LPN/RN, you play a vital role in the healthcare team providing exceptional nursing services to our residents. You're not only responsible for conducting nursing assessments but also participating in resident service plan meetings. You supervise and direct caregivers to ensure that residents are getting the best possible care. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining positive relationships with residents, their families, and providers. By doing so, you help us maintain our commitment to making sure our senior residents have the best experience possible while receiving the highest standard of assisted living care!
This position has a full-time evening schedule. You will work 2 pm - 10 pm.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN LPN - LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE
The knowledge and skills required for this healthcare position are:
- Current LPN or RN license in the State of Arizona and knowledge of quality nursing practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with residents, families, providers, supervisors, and team members
- Ability to direct and lead a team in multiple tasks
- Willingness to work with the elderly
