This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in Decatur, GA. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing and documenting patient conditions, developing care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, administering medications, and providing emotional support to patients and their families. The Registered Nurse will also educate patients and their families on disease management and end-of-life care.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and administration of treatments
- Experience in hospice and palliative care, including managing end-of-life care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with healthcare team and providing emotional support
- Ability to educate patients and their families on disease management and care processes
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field is preferred
