Position: Direct Field Marketing Manager
We are looking for highly motivated door to door leader to manage our top performing canvassing team!
Experience Required:
- Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing either as a Team Leader, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.
Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers
- Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.
- Conduct daily meetings
- Canvass neighborhoods to find old and damaged windows and doors
- Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates
Compensation:
- Salary, Commission, Bonus and Overrides (Earn $100K-$200K per year)
