Are you looking for an opportunity to join a supportive and dedicated team of home health professionals? We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and provide skilled assessment visits and case management throughout Alachua County.

Position Details
- Position: Full- Time Registered Nurse (RN)
- Service Area: Bradford County and surrounding areas.
- Compensation: Per-visit, unit-based pay rather than an hourly rate
- Pay Rate: $50–$55 per unit, based on experience
- Mileage: Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between patient visits
- Scheduling: Flexible scheduling, allowing you to organize your weekly visits around your availability
Unit-Based Visit Structure
- Regular RN Visit: 1 unit
- Wound Vac/Labs: 1.25 units
- ROC, Re-Certification, OASIS Discharge: 1.5 units
- Start of Care (SOC): 2 units
This position offers a high level of flexibility while allowing you to provide meaningful, patient-centered care in the home health setting.
