The Role (What You’ll Do):
- Monitor Medicaid and federal/state regulations to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Conduct internal reviews of charts and billing to spot trends and mitigate risks before they happen.
- Track corrective action plans and turn compliance "gaps" into growth opportunities.
- Prepare our team for successful surveys and inspections from regulatory and accrediting bodies.
- Partner with staff to simplify complex regulations and reinforce best practices.
What You Bring:
- Experience in healthcare compliance, QA, or auditing (PAS/PHC experience is a major plus!)
- Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines or home care regulations highly preferred.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
