QA/LVN – Quality Assurance Nurse
Under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON)
The QA/LVN is responsible for ensuring overall compliance with State and Federal nursing guidelines and managing key aspects of quality assurance for the Agency.
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensed in the state of Texas
- Two years of Home Health experience required
Primary Responsibilities
- Schedule and review documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Review OASIS comprehensive assessments and 485’s for appropriateness and adherence to the physician’s plan of care
- Consult with physicians when needed to maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality client care
- Assist with medical and office supplies management
