Annual Salary: $75,000 - $110,000 (depending on amount of days worked)

Registered Nurse - RN Visit Nurse Responsibilities:
- Assess and re-evaluate client conditions and care needs
- Deliver patient care according to individualized care plans
- Educate clients and their families on ongoing care and support
- Communicate regularly with RN Case Managers, Supervisors, and the Care Team
Registered Nurse - RN Visit Nurse Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of Minnesota
- Skilled in delivering nursing care to a wide range of medical conditions
- Basic computer literacy and a willingness to learn new systems
