Legacy Home Care is a locally owned and operated home care agency looking for a dynamic addition to our team! As the Office Coordinator, you will assist the team with screening phone calls, general administrative duties and so much more. The ideal candidate will be friendly, driven, organized and a problem solver.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented
  • Home care or healthcare experience preferred
  • Knowledge of medical billing a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer telephone, direct calls, and take messages using good telephone etiquette
  • Assist with scheduling interviews for potential caregivers
  • Assist Caregivers with schedule changes, Wellsky issues, and client status updates
  • Coordinate in home assessments with the team
  • Client environment check on occasion
  • Maintain supplies and inventory for the office
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail
  • Assist with entering client information into Wellsky
  • Working closely with the Client Care Coordinator & Care Managers
  • Send out birthday, anniversary and sympathy cards to employees and clients
  • Assist Marketer as needed
  • Attend networking events as needed
  • Participate in on call, after hours rotation (1 week every month)

Salary : $18 - $21
