Responsibilities:

• Install and oversee the installation of residential plumbing equipment & projects.
• Proficient with rough-in, top-out & set-out/trim residential plumbing processes.
• Knowledgeable in residential pipe replacement processes and techniques such as pipe lining, pipe bursting, re-piping, mega press, pro press, rigid gas piping, CSST gas piping and open trench plumbing repair.
• Train and mentor assigned apprentices on job sites you are leading to ensure on-time, high quality installations.
• Aware of and working in a manner that meets or exceeds local and state Plumbing codes.
• Is aware of and follows all current company and OSHA jobs site safety procedures.
• Complete and maintain certifications for operation of company provided job required specialty and heavy equipment.
• Provides quality control as needed to ensure craftsmanship.
• Ensures every customer is 100% satisfied with installations.
• Ensures closeout packages/job packets/work orders are prepared and uploaded for every job.
• Ensures invoices are collected upon completion of every job.
• Makes recommendations to leadership team for process improvements.
• Install quality plumbing equipment, parts and piping for residential and light commercial clients with water, gas and drain needs in our community as prescribed by service technicians or estimators.

What You Will Bring:

• Current Journeymen Plumbing License in state of Indiana
• A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
• Pass a preemployment background check and drug test, subject to applicable law.
• Experience with dispatching or trade job software such as Service Titan, Jobber or House Call Pro a major plus but not a requirement (WE LOVE TO TRAIN).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces (e.g., attics, crawl spaces, basements).
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and bending.
• Ability to work at heights (e.g., ladders, elevated plat forms).
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions when performing outdoor installations.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License (required)
• Current and maintain State of Indiana Journeyman Plumber’s license
• To be considered for employment, all candidates must successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Additional Capabilities (not required but a major PLUS):

• Water Treatment Equipment (softeners, filters, UV, etc.)
• Back Flow certification
• Service Titan proficiency
